If you wish to renew an existing prescription please complete the details below.

Note

• This service is only available for repeats of prescriptions previously issued by a Doctor at Katikati Medical Centre.
• If prescription is required urgently please phone us instead (07 549 0411).
• If this is the first prescription after hospital discharge you must see a GP first.
• Repeat prescriptions cannot be ordered if more than 6 months since your last GP visit.
• Repeat prescriptions will not be supplied for antibiotics.
• Please allow two full working days for the prescription to be available.

A fee of $12 will be charged for this service or $15 for faxed prescriptions. Repeat prescriptions will not be supplied if your account is currently overdue.
