I am a New Zealand trained GP (MBChB, FRNZCGP) who has worked in the Bay of Plenty since 1991, and at the Katikati Medical Centre since 2001.
Originally from Auckland, I have come to really enjoy working and living in Katikati. The diversity of work and the wonderful team in our busy medical centre make it a challenging and satisfying position for me. Working part-time was a necessity when the children were little, and now allows a little more time for me to enjoy tennis, cycling, playing the piano and reading.

I attended Medical School in Auckland and have worked as a GP in Tauranga for 10 years. Since early 2010 I have been working here at Katikati Medical Centre. I grew up in Katikati so it is really nice to be back in my home town.
You will only find me here part time as I have 3 children to look after too.
I like to see a variety of patients of all ages but I am keen on preventative health so am always happy to see people jus for a 'check up'
